jake & brittany: married.

Jake and Brittany were married in Folly Beach, South Carolina. There was an unvinvited guest that was present, that came in the form of WIND! Actually, there were some hurricane storms coming up from the south, and Jake and Brittany had to make the descision to switch around the time of their ceremony because of it! It was crazy to say the least! At least we were able to have their beautiful ceremony out on the beach, with their closest friends and family there to see it all. I think we may have come close to being blown away, but at least we made it through!

Brittany, you are a beautiful girl, a stunning bride and I thank you for having me and Cyli there to document your day. I loved your friends and your families too and hope to see some of you again one of these days! Thanks for being patient with me...October is my busiest month of the entire year, and I know it has been like waiting for Christmas for you! You two are so cute together, and I wish you all the happiness in the world. Here are some of my favorites from that day!

bobby & allison: engaged.

I have such love for Allison and was so excited to see her facebook status change from "in a relationship", to "engaged". I've known her for a few years and was so excited that we were able to make things work for her wedding, and grab a few quick engagement photos along the way. We also had to include a couple photos with her two new little additions to the family. Bobby's girls are two of the cutest little girls in the world, and I know how incredibly lucky they are to have Allison in their family now.

Because we photographed this session literally two weeks before their wedding, you'll see these two lovebirds again so very soon...next time though, they will be in perfect bridal attire. I am so thankful we were able to make this happen on the spur of the moment and get some fun shots of all four of them together. Allison and Bobby, thanks for my first ride in a firetruck and thanks for being entirely too welcoming to me and Cyli! We love West Virginia, what can I say! You guys are amazing!  I can't wait to show you the wedding!!!
