snowbunnies

We recently had our first big snow of the season and even though it has almost melted away already, I had a chance to photograph my favorite small children. I love getting all three of these kids to do just what you want them to do...It rarely happens but the moments that we do get are awesome and well worth all of the fuss and trying to capture that perfect picture. Check out some of the expressions on these kids! The littlest one is just darling! I can't wait for the next really big snow! Hopefully we'll get them with the snow falling!

Their Love (from wedding slideshow)

At my sisters wedding they played a slideshow during the ceremony. The slideshow had three parts. The first two were all of the baby pictures and growing up pictures. The last part was just the two of them and we used several of their engagement pictures and several pictures that they had others take of them. Here is the final product of the last part of the slideshow showcasing "their love". If you are a bride getting married, contact me to discuss engagement pictures and slideshow options for your wedding or reception. I put the pictures together with the music and it's a big tear jerker for all of the guests and especially for the bride and groom. Let me know what you think--leave me a comment or contact me at darci@bodellphotographyonline.com. Hope you enjoy the show!

Heather and Shun, December 1, 2007

December the first was absolutely freezing as I photographed my sister's wedding this weekend. Everything about this wedding had to be different and this included having me in the wedding and shooting the pictures. We rode around all day in the Shuttle Bus O Love and the wedding party nearly froze to death as we took pictures downtown. After a most amazing slideshow during the ceremony, put together by yours truly, an evening of dancing and cheescake, Heather and Shun left the building as sparklers lit the way. Here are some of my favorite shots of the day.
